M_ART reserves the right to cancel a candidate’s participation due to an incomplete registration. The course fee should be paid within 14 working days after the date of receiving the invoice. If the course fee has not been paid by the indicated date, the participant cannot participate in the course.

Participants must be insured for their health and safety and provide proof of insurance if requested by the M_ART team.

WITHOUT THE PROPER INSURANCE THE PARTICIPANT CANNOT PARTICIPATE IN THE COURSE.

The participant is aware that participation in course classes can bring risks. Participation in the course is voluntary and taken at the participant’s risk.
The M_ART team must be informed in writing if a participant has any allergy, injury, or other health problems.

M_ART DOES NOT accept any liability for any material or immaterial damage (injuries, matter damage, and possible consequences of damage included), irrespective of its cause.

It is prohibited for participants to take video recordings and photographs during the classes.

Participants are aware that classes may be photographed and/or recorded on video for publicity purposes of M_ART.

Participants cannot claim right of property regarding these materials.

CANCELLATION

M_ART has the right to cancel all activities of the summer intensive, before June 1st 2024.

Received fee payments will be refunded to all participants in case of such a cancellation by M_ART

M_ART cannot refund invested travel costs or international financial transaction costs.

Until April 30st 2024, 90% of course fee will be refunded by M_ART.
Until May 31st 2024, 70% of course fee will be refunded by M_ART.
Until June 30th 2024, 50% of course fee will be refunded by M_ART.

In case of last minute cancellation of enrollment in the course by participant due to a health problem, refund will be possible if cancellation is made before July 25st 2024. We kindly ask you to provide us with a medical certificate.
